Title

1. General Terms


 Due to the nature of digital telecommunications services, refunds are subject to specific conditions.

2. Travel eSIM Refunds


  • Not Activated: Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Activated / Used: No refunds once the eSIM profile has been downloaded or data usage has started.


3. IoT Subscriptions  


  • Monthly Plans: Can be canceled at the end of the billing period. No partial refunds.
  • Annual Plans: Pro-rated refunds available for unused months if devices are returned and lines are deactivated.




 4. Billing Errors


If an incorrect charge occurs due to a system error, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.




 5. How to Request a Refund


Send an email to billing@harpiya.com with:

  • Order ID or ICCID
  • Reason for refund
  • Proof of purchase

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
